Josh Strickland – Owner    |     Candace McEntyre – Business Manager

Josh is the owner of Magnolia Building & Design. After serving 8 years in the Army he decided to join his dad in the construction world and start a company. Josh is very hands on and likes to have a part in each project his company takes on and takes pride in his work. Josh is one of the main people you will deal with when it comes to planning your project. Josh lives in St. Augustine with his Fiance, Candace and son, Gunner. In his spare time Josh likes to spend time with his family and friends, go hunting, fishing and traveling. 

Candace comes from a strong background in Human Resources and Business Management that she learned while working in the dental field. She is normally behind the scenes making sure we are taken care of on the back end of the company. Candace manages the day to day schedule, marketing and advertising, customer relations, and is normally your first point of contact. Candace lives in St. Augustine with Josh and their son Gunner. She enjoys traveling, visiting the mountains, spending time with family and friends and helping on the construction sites (the smaller manual labor & design items).
