What We Do

We take pride in our renovation projects and our objective is to never fail to exceed the expectations of our clients. When you work with Magnolia Building & Design, our team will take care of your home improvement needs, from its inception to its completion. We can also plan and design your project according to your custom specifications. Whether you’re looking to renovate your house, create an addition, or build from scratch, we have the right team and experience to get it done on time and on budget.

Our processes are all designed to ensure excellent communications are maintained throughout the project. Every design, build or renovation project is unique requiring many discussions and decisions to ensure the final project achieves the vision, schedule and budget of our clients. We believe that most renovations and builds are too complex with too many choices to have one 15-minute walk through and an e-mailed estimate. We make sure we take our time to meet our clients and understand exactly what it is they are looking for and build a relationship with them. Our first meeting can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the project and then a detailed scope of the work is sent via email as an estimate. We offer financing options as well through Acorn to help soften the financial burden and split it up into payments. Ask us about financing at your appointment!
